Meeting points
Châtel is situated at the heart of the Franco-Swiss ‘Portes Du Soleil’ ski area. A vast area comprising the 12 linked resorts of Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets, Champéry, Torgon, etc….

Chatel’s domaine is divided over two main sectors: Super-Châtel and Linga/Pré la Joux which ranges in altitude from 1100 to 2200 metres.

In the south-facing Super-Châtel sector you’ll find a Snow Park with ramps, jumps and rails, and a specially designed beginners’ area.

To make the most of your holiday within the care of the ESF, please find below details of the different meeting points around Châtel.
  • During the peak school holidays of Christmas and February half-term: group lessons are available at both Super Châtel (at the top of the gondola) and/or Pré la Joux (at the bottom of the slopes).
  • From January 6th to February 8th : group lessons are only available at Super Châtel
  • From March10th to April : group lessons are only available at Pré la Joux
