When you arrive in Châtel, you MUST go to the Châtel ESF office
(in the centre of the village) to collect your complete file:
Ski pass, voucher for ski equipment and list of partner shops.

. ATTENTION: The online sale closes on D-3 (i.e. Thursday for a course that starts on Sunday).

Is the "YOU CAN SKI" offer suitable for all skiers?
The "YOU CAN SKI" offer is only available to ADULT BEGINNERS in skiing.
Reservations can only be made on the website (it is not possible to make reservations by telephone or at our office).
You must visit our office upon arrival in Châtel so that we can give you your ski pass (for the ski lifts) and your voucher, which will allow you to collect your ski equipment from a rental shop in the resort.
This package is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We therefore strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
Is the "YOU CAN SKI" offer available throughtout the season?
The "YOU CAN SKI" offer is only available outside of school holidays, during the months of January and March.
It is only available to adult beginners (who have never skied before).
  • Bookings can only be made on the website (not by telephone or at our office).
  • PLEASE NOTE: Online sales close 3 days before the start of the course (i.e. on Thursday for courses starting on Sunday).
What does the "YOU CAN SKI" pack include?
The "YOU CAN SKI" offer includes :
  • Ski equipment (for 3 or 6 days depending on your choice)
  • 3 or 6 "Discovery" level group ski lessons supervised by an ESF CHATEL instructor:
=> 3-day pack: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning
=> 6-day pack: Sunday afternoon + Monday to Friday morning
  • 3 or 6-day ski pass: "Espace Liberté CHATEL" (for the 6-day pack: 5 days "Espace Liberté Châtel" + 1 day (Friday): "Portes du Soleil").
Where should I collect my ski pass and equipment before the start of the course for the "YOU CAN SKI" offer? 
Upon arrival in Châtel,  you MUST visit the ESF Châtel office (center of the village) to collect your  complete package: ski pass and voucher for ski equipment hire.
What is the meeting point for the "YOU CAN SKI" offer?
Depending on the period of your stay, your meeting point will be:
- SUPER CHATEL (meet at the top of the gondola lift/cable car).
or
- PRE LA JOUX (Meet at the bottom of the slopes, between the "Pierre Longue" chairlift and the restaurant "La Perdrix Blanche").
