• You must arrive at the lessons with your ski pass ("Espace Liberté Châtel" or "Portes du Soleil" for the Freeride course).
• For children under 5 years old, the pass is free but you must go to the ski lift cash desks to request a free pass. You will be asked for proof of your date of birth, remember to take the identity card of your child(ren).

We also advise you to insure your children with the Carte Neige license or the Snowrisk ticket.

FOOTPASS – ACCOMPANYING ADULT:
If you have booked lessons for your child at Super Châtel (meeting point at the top of the gondola lift) and you do not ski, you must purchase a ‘companion’ pedestrian pass, available from the Châtel ski lift ticket offices (tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices of the ski lifts at Super Châtel, Vonnes, Linga and Pierre Longue).
Preferential return pedestrian fare of €4.90 per person upon presentation of proof of enrolment in ESF lessons.
Reserved for those accompanying children enrolled in group lessons, limited to two accompanying adults per lesson and per child.

PLEASE NOTE: pedestrian passes and ski passes are not on sale at the ESF Châtel office.

No, this is not possible.
For reasons of group management and technical development, joining group lessons must be done on Sunday or Monday at the latest.
It is not possible to join after Monday.
The ESF reserves the right to refuse any student who wishes to start lessons on Tuesday.

Groups are made up of a maximum of 12 students.
In the event of insufficient numbers, the ESF reserves the right to group together neighbouring levels or to group teenagers with children or adults (depending on the age of your teenager).

There are 2 meeting points for group or private lessons:

• Super Châtel sector (children over 13 years old)
• Pré la Joux area (children over 13 years old)

Your meeting point often depends on where you live in Châtel, your means of transport (car, free bus...) and the time of your stay.
